Billy McGee

Billy McGee is a government relations professional with deep experience in Pennsylvania politics and policy. As a Lobbyist at Rooney Novak Isenhour Group, he brings a decade of experience in legislative strategy, campaign operations, and political leadership. His work has earned him recognition across the Commonwealth, including being named to City & State Pennsylvania’s Power 100 list in 2024.

Before joining RNI, Billy served as Deputy Executive Director of the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee, where he led statewide strategic initiatives, candidate recruitment, and political programming across dozens of districts. He played a key role in building coalitions, coordinating legislative priorities, and executing successful campaign infrastructure in a rapidly evolving political environment. Billy has also worked on several high-profile campaigns, advising on communications strategy, field operations, and stakeholder engagement. His ability to navigate complex political dynamics has made him a trusted voice among elected officials, advocacy groups, and community leaders alike.

Billy lives in Philadelphia with his partner Stephen where he enjoys gardening, biking, and rock climbing.
