Susan Salerno

Susan has extensive experience in firm operations, including communications, compliance, fundraising, event planning, political consulting, and government relations with RNI and Tri State Strategies PA.

She brings a practical, collaborative approach to translating client priorities into coordinated strategies and managing the details that move projects forward.

Susan has developed and managed client initiatives in healthcare, energy, and education, along with advocacy programs for a broad range of organizations. Her background in operations and training helps her connect people, processes, and communications to support effective execution.

Before entering government relations, Susan worked in corporate training and operations management at Highmark Inc. and at TIAA-CREF in New York City. She also served as a project manager for a prominent family office.

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Shippensburg University, a master’s degree from New York University, and a graduate certificate in public health from the University of Florida.

A Chester County native, Susan has called Mechanicsburg home for more than 30 years. She is committed to expanding educational opportunity and supporting local families, having served as a student mentor at Mechanicsburg Middle School and held leadership roles with the Wildcat Foundation and Operation Wildcat. She and her husband, Mike, have two adult sons and are proud grandparents.
